From the open skies of a Colorado ranch to the artistic embrace of Florence, Italy, my incredible wife Audrey’s culinary journey has been nothing short of extraordinary. Two years ago, she proudly became a Canadian citizen, bringing her unique blend of artistry and culinary expertise to Tidal Salt. Each dish she creates is a testament to her passion and adventures, especially our hand-harvested fleur de sel. Audrey’s dedication to capturing the purest essence of Nova Scotia’s waters makes every pinch of our sea salt truly special.

From political science, mental health services and media to catering, entrepreneurship, and a stint at Canada’s finest museums, my husband’s journey has been a tapestry of diverse experiences. In 2017, he poured his heart into founding Tidal Salt, and in 2022, we relocated it back to his beautiful hometown of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Beyond being an incredible entrepreneur and devoted father, he is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity in the small business community. Each grain of our hand-harvested fleur de sel reflects his dedication, passion, and the pristine waters of Nova Scotia.
